Companies/Employers fill out details about project openings, and candidates fill out detailed profiles - HiringHelper's proprietary matching engine then pairs qualified candidates with open positions. HiringHelper is unique in this automated matching functionality which bridges the gap between a traditional job board and a recruitment agency to ensure employers are only shown candidates that are qualified for the position.
Challenge: The definition of the terminology and content for the matching engine had begun almost three-years prior to SiteGoals being engaged in the project. The results of which meant that there was a lot of information to process and make sense of. Additionally, the goal of the site is to compete against industry giants Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com which eventually will mean upwards of a million members or more.
Solution: SiteGoals worked closely with HiringHelper.com to clearly breakdown the entire process and build a site that is easy to use, even for non-technical construction industry workers. Using an MVC, SiteGoals created a flexible and robust application at the heart of the Hiring Helper website, and defined a unique and powerful matching algorithm that delivers relevant candidate and job post results. While still in beta testing, the HiringHelper website has already attracted users nationwide and continues to receive positive-feedback from the industry. Together with SiteGoals, HiringHelper continues to put the construction industry back to work.
